Get back on track
Since my beloved Canon 450D died I have kind of dropped off the photography circuit. Despite plastic goodness and borrowed bodies, it's just not been the same as having old faithful by my side. I stopped purchasing my monthly batch of photography mags, and even perusing Flickr. I went into a digital depression. Oh the joy when last week my camera was returned to me as good as new by the good folk at canon. But..what! My mojo has gone! I have hardly touched him since he was returned. Perhaps we have been apart too long? Perhaps we need to rediscover each other again, tear down those walls that get built up when you have to deal with absence. We need a project, something creative that is slightly wacky, a theme, a topic, to re-engage!

make sure to rediscover the 'nearness of you' ...
My experience is that photography is suddenly new again when "The Moment" exists... and you have to have your camera right there to freeze the time.
But you prolly knew that...
